WaterWalk Pet Policy

Unfurnished Apartments (Apartment Residents):

One dog can be 75 lbs or two pets can be 50 lbs or less. Oakwood WaterWalk follows the breed restriction rules of the local jurisdiction. We may require a pet interview.

Furnished Corporate Apartments (Hotel Guests):

Hotel guests pay a $125 non-refundable pet fee (dog or cat) per room upon arrival to cover the cost of cleaning the suite after departure.

The $125 non-refundable pet fee does not apply to ADA recognized service animals. Hotel guests do not pay an additional monthly pet fee.
